Event Team

It is very important to the Seacoast United Foundation Board of Directors, that everyone enjoy their experience at our first event of the year. Our auction proceeds jump start all of our programs for the upcoming season. There are many ways you can help us make sure everyone has a great time. Our volunteers are available to make sure all guest questions are answered. They also help to make sure the event runs well from beginning to end. If you think you could help out with one or more of the options below, please follow this link to sign up and volunteer during the actual event.

  • Registration - you could be helping with coat collection, red carpet photography, handing out bidder paddles or helping guests to register for on line/mobile bidding on their tablet or smart phone mobile device.
  • Silent Auction Help - many of our guests have not experienced on line/mobile bidding and require your help to bid on their favorite items. You would be circulating the Grand Ballroom to help our guests. You also have the opportunity to come at the end of our silent auction to help gather lots for our bid winners.
  • Live Auction Help - during our live auction, the professional auctioneer will need your help to spot potential bidders and write down bids. You could also be asked to help display or spotlight any of the auction items.
  • Check out - At the end of our auction, we will need help to hand out bid lots to our winners and collect payments.
